"Pleasant experience. The reception preferred my driver's license over my passport upon check-in which I thought was weird perhaps they seldom get visitors from my home country. Big property, plenty of parking, long hours for pool (outdoor pool with barely any shades so we did not utilize it during the sunny day with heat advisory but we would have otherwise). Included breakfast is actually made to order (we were given 4 options to pick from) which was excellent. Good amenities, good AC, really...

so great for kids. Cabin was clean and well kept. The kitchen was quite well equipped. Key was in box to pick up and no direct communication from the staff (written instructions in cabin). This is not necessarily bad but felt a bit odd. We did not realize there was a pub on the premises. This would be good if wanting entertainment but could hear the music from in the cabin. "

"Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff was so helpful when we asked for plates and cutlery for the Acadian meal we brought back to our room! The suite was spotless and spacious with a lovely view of the water. Quiet and peaceful too! Breakfast was great...eggs, bacon, pancakes, as well as the usual breakfast items. Hot coffee, juice etc. We will make this our regular hotel to stay in when we visit Bouctouche in the future!"
