Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable but not much lighting, they have a lamp but it didn’t work in our room or my parents’. They only proved one towel per guest, bath mat, and hand towel. Basic shampoo, conditioner, and body soap and lotion. Check in was super quick and as expected. One of the best room service I have had, food was really good and warm! Most places food is cold and hard. It will get crowded on weekends but staff kept up. They work really hard! The view is top tier, but the beach, I would not feel safe going in with older parents and 6yr old. It is about 20-30 mins from beaches that are calmer. Overall, it is priced for what you get. We opted for just the stay that included breakfast and I am glad, there is not much variety in the breakfast, I am not sure for dinner, we usually did room service or when out.

This was our first time in the Amares. The food was good, the service at the pool was bad, the service in the restaurant was very good, friendly and attentive. When its possible we will come back. A bad thing is that you can not go by elevator to the pool level where you can get your meals.

The hotel is clean and the facilities are good, but the front desk staff were not friendly at all; the internet went out, and when we reported it, the attitude was basically, "We know—just wait for it to come back." The security guard—a heavyset gentleman—was the one who showed us to our room and explained everything very kindly. Among the valet parking staff, one young man (I think his name was Erving) was very polite, though the others were nothing like that. The cleaning lady was very attentive, as were the bar staff; it seems not everyone holds the same standard of customer service. We had come from the Emporium expecting better service here, but that wasn't the case.

They have alot of security and the place is super clean the only down side was the signs saying no outside food or drinks. When we travel we like to have beverages and bring them into our room. We follow the rules so I didnt even try. But i did see people with chicken and stuff. The ocean was too rough to get in. So we went to calleta instead to dip in the water. There was a red flag and the security made sure everyone was safe. It was near alot of places to walk to eat. And the views were amazing. Water flow was good Two towels only Does have hair dryer Clean Ac was cold Check in and out was fast All staff encounters were pleasant
