I experienced a delay during check-in because the property claimed that Expedia has not been paying them for bookings made through your platform. They mentioned that despite several attempts to contact Expedia to resolve the issue, they have not received any response and as a result, they no longer wish to accommodate guests who book through Expedia.
I’m bringing this to your attention not only because it affected my stay but also because I am a host myself. If this issue is happening to others, it could easily happen to me in the future. I kindly urge Expedia to look into this matter and engage with the property to settle any outstanding payments. Let’s work together to improve this experience for both guests and hosts. Thanks.
