"This is one of the best stays I’ve had in the Old Town. One minor concern: it’s difficult to open the shampoo package once one is in the shower! There has to be a better, easier package. I had to get my lady who used scissors to open it. Otherwise extremely happy!"

"This property desperately needs to be updated. The rooms are marginally comfortable. I understand there are water pressure issues in town, but totally losing water mid shower is not a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. View and location are great, but would not stay here again. "

"We had a Junior Suite and the view was terrific. Kind of wish they had an awning over the balcony / patio as afternoon sun was quite intense. Bed and other furnishings were just fine. Bathroom was small but served the purpose. I hope the tap water was safe because there was no bottled water provided. WiFi was ok in the room, but shaky out on balcony / patio. Staff was great across the board."

"Did not receive the room I booked online. Booked two queen beds, room had one bed. Had a Junior Suite room- not sure why they are called that. One, bed, one chair and a desk. Would like to see at minimum a small fridge, as was difficult to get ice for our outside drinks."

"I booked an ‘all inclusive’ and all I got was a room The receptionist basically argue with me saying that they don’t have All Inclusive while they have a sign on the counter offering all inclusive I also booked ‘adults only’ and was children everywhere Very misleading! I request a refund. "

"I stayed there for 26 nights, so I have a pretty complete experience of this hotel. And despite the annoying things listed below, I would go back to it, because it's really worth it. First of all, the reception staff is really lovely and helpful. The location is extremely central and walking distance from everything, but that means it's surrounded by busy loud streets so earplugs are a necessity if you want to sleep. The A/C in my room was top notch and the bed very comfy. There are multiple water coolers for cool water in the corridors. The pool is convenient, in the shade after 2pm which is great if you have sunburns but want to be in cool water. The hotel is pretty safe as well and has cameras on every floor, which you can see at reception. - The things that could be improved but aren't too bad: Showers can lose pressure multiple times per usage. My room had no fridge, which was annoying but manageable. The Internet is good as long as you are in range (half my room wasn't getting any) The cleaning staff is VERY loud (talking, radios, doors...) but are super lovely. - The most annoying things: One of the neighbors has 4 dogs and they bark ALL THE TIME, especially at 7am and 6pm. And another one across the street plays loud music late at night (and has a barking dog too but it's not as bad as the other ones). It's a family hotel, so if kids aren't your thing, you might want to not stay there as some of the kids are VERY loud and can over take the pool. "
