Acworth, Georgia hotel rooms at the Sonesta Hotel

"The matress was bent the room was mostly clean. Breakfast was par, the road noise was horrible. The heater ac was very loud. The tv had very limited channels. The bed was the worst! They have free wifi "

"The hotel staff that lives on the premesis act as if your in there livingroom disturbing them. A few of the woman were coughing walking around in thier pajamas I clearly was in the way being a paying customer trying to make my coffee. Paying customers should expect a certain level of professionalism. Teach them some manners Holiday Inn please. "

We have been very fortunate to have stayed at many 5 star hotels at many major cities and can confirm that our stay at the Omni Hotel has been by far our most enjoyable experience.
