"The staff were very polite and welcoming, and the facility was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. I would recommend visiting on weekdays, as weekends tend to be busier and more crowded. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway from the city."

"The hotel was great! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. My overall experience was excellent. The only area that could use improvement is communication through the Hotels.com messaging app. Responses could be quicker and more consistent. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

"The entire experience of visiting Addas Ababa, was excellent! The city has a million excellent views, with more than half of them from the Sheraton LUX, which offered it all, convenience, clean, shine and service, we got it all. The best was the staff. I’m coming back soon. As for all the warnings, either someone lying or those some kind soldiers"
