This is a lovely hotel, located in an ideal place. Food was exceptional as was staff and amenities. We stayed in a star prestige room which was excellent.

We returned for 5th time after trying other 4 and 5 star hotels in Tenerife . Our 6 year old and 8 year old just loved the heated pool with slides. Food is really lovely and high quality. Fresh juces in the morning and really enjoyable good quality restaurant style dinner. Restaurant staff are just amazing people. Children loved specially the pancake man - food artist making pancake art. Evening entertainment is a hit or miss. The entertainment team could be freed from show perfomance responsibility (they perform their own evening entertainment show 1 time in a week) as it interferes their motivation working for example in kids club etc. and the quality of the show could be more professional. But anyway… a strong recommendation for a lovely holiday.

Really lovely hotel with amazing staff and great facilities particularly for the children with an incredible kids pool and kids club. The buffet restaurant had a fantastic range of food with lots of well marked options for dietary requirements such as vegan. Gym was well equipped and there were some nice activities arranged. The evening shows were fantastic.

Great stay

Hotel had amazing sea views and was in a great location on the seafront close to bars and restaurants. There was a great selection at all meal times (we were half board but swapped dinner for lunch one day). Always lots of sun loungers available. Lots going on and the entertainment staff looked like they wanted to be there. The only negatives were the waits for the lifts and the dreadful pillows. We asked for extra pillows 3 times before we got them.

What can I say, had a fab time at this hotel, staff are so pleasant and helpful, rooms and hotel areas very clean, amenities are great, kids clubs, activities for all, 4 pools that suit all ages from toddlers to the over 80s club. Food and drinks were excellent for all inclusive option. Evening entertainment was as expected, not brilliant but not that bad either. Would highly recommend this hotel to all ages without hesitation

3 day weekend winter sun break .

The reception desk was very helpful & accommodating as we were meeting friends for a lunchtime get together with friends . We were able to check in early . The hotel was clean , the pool area was spacious & the staff were great . Lots of choice for the all inclusive buffet meals . Good varied all inclusive drink options so in all it was a shame I was only there for 3 nights .

Staff were horrible, room was average but not for the cost of it! Breakfast was nice however finishes at 10:15, which is to early in my opinion as most other hotels finish breakfast at 11am - we had to order an extra night as was charged over 400euro!! And was accused of not making the payment! Terrible place DO NOT STAY HERE

Excellent hotel.. went with a 7yr old boy who loved the pool areas.. very sad leaving. The quality of food from breakfast, lunch and dinner was always top class.
