“We booked the Dinney B&B due to its close proximity to the Astbury Golf Resort, where we were attending a wedding reception. We visited the Dinney early, to work out the logistics and chanced to meet Keith the owner. He allowed us to drop our bags in our room, gave us our keys and assured us that we could leave our car at the Astbury, walk back and he'd sort a lift back the next day - now that's excellent customer service! The room was comfortable and clean, with a good ensuite shower room....

“Hottest day in May on record and the heating was on in my room. After speaking with staff three times and an hour and a half later, I was moved to another room. In spite of the wonderful advert featuring a restaurant I was told no kitchen tonight. Second room was very noisy overlooking the car park which doubles as a camping ground for motor homes, with ten present. No mattress cover and a very dirty mattress. “The room I booked was for 4 people. It was spacious and clean with functional kitchen and bathroom. However there was only one set of cutlery and two cups which made it difficult for us all to have a drink or eat anything. There was also only a small table with 2 seats. Cooked breakfast was included and was reasonably good but I would have also like to have the choice of a cereal option as well. The Hotel is in a good location albeit on a road. “The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, in particular the front desk staff and a lovely lady (Susan) at breakfast, who went above and beyond to assist everybody. The breakfast was plentiful and good and overall the stay was great value for money.”

“This is a beautiful property . Very spacious rooms . Very comfortable beds quite clean . The mini bar had complementary drinks but didn't know it till the next evening when we asked as we dint want to be charged any extra . Spa wasn't too bad realy they even had an area outside the spa to chill in the sun. The *1630* had amazing food loved it . The breakfast was a delight with so much variety. “We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards.
