“The room was fine but we did not receive check-in information and there is no office. We did not know what to do. We had difficulty reaching the owner but finally did and got instructions on how to get into the apartment. Having a kitchenette was nice. I should have researched this hotel better because my preference would be to have an office to ask questions and get recommendations, daily housekeeping and maybe some amenities.”
