"Staff were unfriendly and used one of the seating areas as a smoking area although my kids were sat there. I discovered this later and was very cross about this as they just smoked over my kids. Shower was very loud and faulty. The driver was fantastic who picked us up from the port and extremely kind. The pool area is very nice which was the best bit. Staff seemed to see holiday makers as an inconvenience. The photos of the hotel on the website were very flattering so I had much higher...

"Be aware! Parking is tough as it is all pay street parking. Cannot stay in one spot for more than an hour from 8 am to 8 pm. Facility is very nice!!! Had a private patio in the room, great to enjoy morning coffee!!"

Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre commandée (vue mer sans cuisine au lieu de vue jardin avec cuisine, mais n'avons pas demandé à changer car nous étions déjà installés). "Perfect location visiting Aeolian Islands just a walking distance to the port. Besides from that the hotel got major renovation! The current pics here needs updating as it a modern now! The restaurant is perfect when eating breakfast. Also it is next to a cafe and othe food establishments. Im glad i booked here. 5 star across the board!"
