"Strong pot smell, no body wash, stain (blood?) on shower curtain, cleaners left rags in bathroom, last day our room was untouched, not cleaned. Told front desk and they were sympathetic, said housekeeping would change the shower curtain (they did not). Very disappointed."

"The room had mold at the bathroom which is a health code violation. I requested a full refund. I left the keys back to service desk at 1:50 Saturday at 1:50PM. No resolution was given to us at room 114. I have pictures. "

"When we arrived to hotel, the employee told us that the system was down and they couldn't provide room keys. The internet wasnt working, you couldnt watch tv. One of the elevators was out of order. To make matters worse, anytime you needed to leave your room, you had to wait on the front desk to WALK you back up to the room and let you in. Very inconvenient and disappointment in this hotel. "
