The staff went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Melanie, Briano, Gabriele, Veronica and Haidar were kind and always very helpful. Always greeted us with a smile. The room was small but very clean, the air conditioning kept the room as cool as we wanted it to be, the location of the hotel can not be beat. The bus station and train station where all of our tours started were in close walking distance. We would stay here next time without a doubt. We didn't eat breakfast there so I can't comment on that but I'm sure it was good. Starbucks and other restaurants are close by and the train station has lots of shops and more places to eat. I can not say enough good things about staying here.

The staff was helpful as we were tourists and it was our first time there. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The location was excellent with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in

This is a well-kept, clean, nicely-located property. It is not fancy, very basic and relatively affordable. Expect comfort, staff support, location, decent breakfast- don’t expect luxury. Highly recommend for travelers on a budget.
