"Nous avons réservé une nuit qui nous a été débité. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel on nous a refusé l'entrée sans raison. Le réceptionniste qui se prétendait être le patron était impoli aucun professionnalisme et malhonnête. On a dû prendre un autre hébergement en urgence sinon on dormait dehors. À fuir !!!!! Il a refusé de nous rembourser. Une réclamation auprès d'hôtel.com est en cours. "

"My husband and I were only staying for one night on our way from Todra Gorge to Ait Ben Haddou. The last 4km or so leading to the hotel is a dirt track (not the fault of the hotel). The hotel itself is a quirky little oasis that gives off a very peaceful air and is perfect for relaxing for a day. We had booked the Atlas Suite with a rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, that room was already taken when we arrived and they gave us the Nakhla Suite which was on the ground floor with its own little...
