โI had the best stay here while in town visiting my son at the BAFB. Every staff member was absolutely amazing. They were all friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for me. Definitely will be my go to place to stay for any future visits. The rooms were great and very clean with comfortable beds. Honestly though, the staff above everything, made this place amazing for me and for that Iโm very grateful. โ
โIt was a great stay, however, in our bathroom we had someoneโs dirty socks left over from a previous stay, and our Tv did not work. Besides that, everything was lovely. โ
โSo thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I donโt think weโve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. โ
โThe check in was smooth and Markus was courteous and very personable and professional.
Breakfast was excellent and the person who kept the food coming and kept the area clean was outstanding.โ

โThe check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities was clean except the vent in the bathroom leaked rust and the air vent did not work. The casino was too smokey.โ
โThe lights outside of the room's stay on all night. You can pull the shade but enough light gets in that at 4:30 a.m. we thought it was daylight outside. The staff was very friendly. Prompt service. Check in was easy. The toom was nice and spacious. โ
