Great location in Niigata’s geisha district - who knew? Accommodation spectacular. Bathroom could use improved lighting. Other than that, beautiful accommodation with amazing staff.

Hotel staff was always very friendly and cordial. The hotel has a good ambience and the room was spacious and clean. The one negative was the archaic counsel and room lighting and ventilation controls adjacent to the bed. However, the hotel is convenient to the JR Niigata Station so getting around was relatively easy.

Staff service was like nothing I've experienced before. We only spoke English, and the hotel had a young man who was amazing at translating for us. Thank you!!!

The hotel was great. Well located, clean and great facilities. The only issue was the long wait for the elevator. I had to wait 10 minutes in the rush hours.

Very very conveniently located hotel attached to Niigata station but very quiet and semi secluded. Rained the 4 days I was there but have no fear. Niigata station is massive with everything you need and then some. Fantastic. Didn’t deal with staff because of self check in at front desk.
I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
