“Excellent location, literary 30 seconds walk from the harbour. Room was compact but we had everything we needed. Shower drain needs improving, water very slow to drain after two showers. Being located on the ground floor next to the front door we experienced noise of guests coming in and out at night. Breakfast buffet was small but excellent quality with à la carte egg dishes also available. 15 mins complimentary massage in the spa was a nice touch and the WhatsApp concierge service was a life...

“The location of this hotel is superb, the most convenient place to stay if you’re arriving by boat. The rooms are basic (better lighting needed and the bathroom was extremely tight). However the cafe is cute. And the staff were simply outstanding. Excellent value for money.”

Staff were quite attentive and kind and compensated with help with luggage on precarious stairs. Soap dish shattered in shower when I grabbed at it. Shower was most roomy and easy to use on our trip. We paid Euro 312 for a suite; yet the bed was not even a king size, and the bathroom was so tiny that one person could barely fit in. Selection at the breakfast was limited and did not change from day-to-day. In addition, a fredo cappuccino at the bar was more expensive than in Athens at approx Euro 7! All and all, there are better properties in Syros with more on offering and with better value for money;...
