We had a good time. I would recommend getting the ‘cool living’ package as it is on par with a 5* hotel, but if you don’t have that package I think it would feel closer to a 4*. The beach was really good!

It was great overall. Good food, a nice beach, nice views, comfy rooms, and good drinks. The only things that could would improve it would be not playing music at the beach all the time because the sound of the sea is nice. Other than that no complaints. Lots of stuff to do around there and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

We stayed here for a week. We were a family of 4. My main criticsm was that the hotel was on steep slope. We were first in rooms 511/512. We always had to call reception for a golf buggy/ car to take us to the main hotel and back. was ok at first but got tiring so we requested a change of rooms and got 211/212. I did try walking back to our room on 5th floor one day and my legs were on fire!! Most people wore trainers and only the brave wore heels! Our shower was a bit disappointing because it was not enclosed. It had a 3 foot fixed screen so water everywhere and the shower head you had to hold because the bracket was hip height. So you couldn't have a long shower. The rooms were a high standard though. We enjoyed the food even though others have said negative. The restaurants you had to prebook so do this asap when you check in because the food is excellent. The toaster is very very slow. The T bags were very weak so take Yorkshire Tea bags if your from UK. Get to the island restaurant when it opens for lunch/dinner early because some of the food does dry out under the heat lamps. The greek deserts were delicious! The beach was a let down because it wasn't a sandy beach. When you walk into the water, there were smalls rocks and pebbles so wear beach shoes or teva style sandals. They had good cocktails in the beach bar but only cold cheese rolls and other snacks from the fridge. Would have loved a toasted sandwich or chips or something hot. Overall 8/10.

Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. It was also extremely cold temperature. Also, the plumbing was awful so our room smell like sewer the entire stay. I reported this to staff with no resolve. They also provided the same varieties of food everyday so I thought it was great that they offer the “night out” amenity. We were able to explore the inner city and try new foods. We went for our honeymoon but I don’t see us returning.

Never seen that, superb part of the world, hotel could be a 9/10 but the staff is horrible, rooms are ultra small (can’t shower without touching either the wall or the glass). Food at the buffet is terrible, almost no Greek option, nothing fresh, frozen food and deserts, staff is ultra rude (when not just away). Pool is dirty, never seen a hotel where people don’t use the pool… avoid if you don’t like a huge effort walking from bedroom to amenities. Again so disappointed by the staff and the way this hotel is managed, a massive shame in such a beautiful country !
