Great seaview, close to city centre & good service

Located with a beautiful view of the bay the terrace with pool and restauranr starts the day! Get a room with sea view! The lake and city center with the many resrauranrs is a short 5 min walk along the water. Separate tunnel from the reception to the beach across the road makes raking a morning swim in the sea very easy. Very friendly and helpfull staff

Vi tog en enkelt nat på en roadtrip fra chania og havde regnet med at vi kunne få lidt luksus på en lang tur. Vi vidste desværre ikke at hotellet var et all inklusive hotel og når man ikke selv er med i den ordning er alt bare super dyrt. Det bærer også præg af at være et gammelt hotel. Samtidig er der lange køer til barerne og alle solsenge er optaget da folk ligger ved poolen hele dagen. Selve poolen ligger i skyggen om eftermiddagen så den var sindsyg kold. Om aftenen er der fest hele natten og vi fik ikke sovet og det var vel og mærke en hverdag. På værelset var der kun et køleskab og ingen elkedel, vi savnede lidt at kunne lave kaffe. Jeg vil nok ikke anbefale det hvis man er en familie eller et par, måske hvis man var med venner og ville feste og fik all inklusive med. Nå ja morgenmaden var nu fin nok og der var en dejlig solopgang fra vores balkon

Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, Customer Service wird hier klein geschrieben!! Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt und es gab nur eine Steckdose auf dem Zimmer. Morgens um 8.30 wurden lautstark Reparaturen auf dem Flur vor dem Zimmer durchgeführt und die Reinigungsdamen stehen Auch schon um 9 auf der matte. Es gibt keine Schilder, die man von außen an die Tür hängen kann. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr spärlich und nicht besonders gut Der Weg zum Meer (durch den Keller des Hotels) ist eine absolute Zumutung. Die vom Hotel gestellten Bilder, entsprechen leider in vielerlei Hinsicht nicht der Realität. Der Fitness Raum ist wegen Corona geschlossen

My wife & I have stayed here before & overall the staff are excellent & the food very good the rooms are nice & clean although could do with updating Furniture & installing soundproofing as all conversations between other guests & activities can be heard very clearly although we are prudes it can be embarrassing at times ,but that aside we both enjoyed our stay again & will carry on using the Hermes for the foreseeable future

Les infrastructures sont très bien (piscine, salle de sport, salle de dejeuner, accueil...). Le personnel est aussi très présent et à l'écoute. Toutefois, les chambres sont très sommaires et ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles (sdb avec carrelage au sol et mural vieux et abimé, état baignoire et meuble vasque laisse à désirer...). Notre lit était en fait 2 lits de 90 collés avec un surmatelas dessus. Son confort était vraiment mauvais et cela fait longtemps que je n'avais pas eu autant mal au dos à cause de la literie. Idem pour le reste (mobilier etc...) qui ne nous a pas plu. Pourtant nous avions pris une chambre supérieure.

Kenne das Hotel seit Jahren, Einrichtung ist was in die Jahre gekommen, aber egal. Läßt sich ändern, neue Matratzen, Zimmer-Outfit etwas aufpeppen etc. Wäre für mich aber kein Grund, nicht mehr hinzufahren, da die Gesamtleistung stimmt.

The hotel of your dreams! The most spectacular food I have ever had in a 4 stars hotel. The chef must come from a 5 stars one, it's just unbelievable! Beautiful view of the sea from our room. The rest is a 4 stars hotel. Excellent!

Hotel iper datato, moquette sporca ai piani , camere vecchie , bagni con ancora la tendina doccia .....!!!! La hall maleodorante di muffa e umidità, per non parlare poi del parcheggio inesistente...ovvero non c’è nessuna area riservata agli ospiti dell hotel . Una nota eccellente, ma davvero eccellente è la cucina . Si mangia benissimo e in modo molto variegato . Peccato per il resto !! Ma purtroppo come al solito il giudizio espresso su hotel.com non era assolutamente veritiero ...il punteggio assegnato era davvero molto elevato ...l hotel aimè trovandosi in un punto centrale non è da 4 stelle ...ma 2 stelle !!

Ottimo hotel, splendida vista

L'hotel si trova a circa 500 metri dal centro del paese, la struttura è molto bella,piscina con acqua di mare ,lettini vista mare, colazione molto ricca e di qualità,personale molto gentile e professionale.unici lati negativi il bagno un po'vecchio,mancanza di prese elettriche in stanza,discesa a mare dall'hotel ma servizio ombrellone e lettini non gratuito. Hadde en veldig fin opplevelse, hyggelige serviceinnstilte mennesker som jobbet der, veldig søt vaskedame som lagde blomster av natttøyet vårt, venninna mi hadde fødselsdag en av dagene under oppholdet, og vi ble overrasket med bursdagskake og bobler på døra. Det negative jeg kan trekke frem er at sengene var fryktelig ubehagelige, veldig harde, gulvet var veldig møkkete på rommet, og ved frokosten så var den såkalte «juice»’en ikke juice, mer vann med smaktilsetning. Ellers så var alt veldig bra, god variert frokost. Området rundt hotellet var superkoselig, veldig mange fine små kafeer og restauranter.

Le petit déjeuner est très copieux (buffet à volonté), avec une diversité de produits locaux. Il se prend en terrasse, près de la piscine, vue sur mer. Très agréable. Le personnel est très serviable. L’hotel A de nombreux équipements disponibles, notamment une très grande piscine avec une belle terrasse en haut de l’hotel. Mais le spa est vite complet. Une des 2 chambres louées aurait mérité un rafraîchissement (moquette ancienne, meubles de style désuet, salle de bain avec éclairage capricieux, pommeau de douche mal accroché (pommeau pas adapté à l’accroche) ... Dommage, le reste est tellement mieux.

Très bel hôtel, chambres à rénover

Correction à mettre sur votre annonce

Bien dans l'ensemble, dommage qu'il y on mis en place un dress code pour se rendre au restaurant alors que la majorité des clients sont en vacances alors que cela n'est pas indiqué lors de la réservation .Supprimé de votre offre la notation parking gratuit sans voiturier car malheureusement se n'est pas la cas il n'y a pas de parking, c'est la rue comme beaucoup d'établissement en Créte.
