"I stay here for 5 days with my family and we loved everything about the hotel from the security to workers, the hotel is always clean and there is plenty of things to do with the kids, every thing around the hotel is walkable. "On arrival the room had not been cleaned, left as previous guests had left it! What on earth did they think they were doing? Dirty bed linen and towels strewn across the uncleaned floors! The most disturbing thing was two tablets of ectasy were on the bed, unthinkable if young guests had thought they were sweets! "This hotel is beautiful! The staff really made our stay wonderful though. Pepe on the rooftop bar was lovely, our waiter Christian was superb and the chef (named Ema or Emmet perhaps?) was so kind to prepare something especially for my partner who has unfortunate allergies when the dish he wanted was sold out. All around it was beyond a 5* service. Also, we had massages with Elizabeth who worked wonders on my tense shoulders. I would 100% recommend a stay here. "

"Firstly, the hotel had a Good location, friendly staff and good food. Disappointing that the snack bar was closed during our stay and all inclusive drinks was limited and only until 10:30, hot drinks were also limited to morning times. Entertainment was lacklustre and mainly for an older audience. The hotel rooms were basic but were cleaned daily. Overall an ok stay, but you could get better for the price."
