โWe had small and weired motor sound from the roof of the room but it was bearable. Breakfast was nicely prepared and we enjoyed very much of them. Patrol was around the hotel all night so we felt very safe even if we parked car at the out side of the hotel. Will be back again!โ
โI thought the staff was excellent. Very personable and attentive to individuals needs. They went above and beyond. House keeping did an excellent job! The extra touch was in room treats for guest that are replaced daily. Although I didn't use it much I appreciate it. The breakfast had many options. The coffee was excellent too! โ
โThis hotel was excellent in every way but the location. Well location was not too bad (around 30 min walk from the Centrale and 20 min tram-ride from the Centrale) but compared to other 5 star hotel it was somewhat inconvenient. I see that metro ljne 4 is under construction right by the hotel, so it will get better definitelyโ
โWe stayed here for one night during Salone del Mobile, Milano 2025 (Fiera Milano), and UNA Hotel was perfect in both location and service.
The hotel is clean, spacious, and the staff were friendly. Our room was large, smelled fresh, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
It included a mini fridge, LAVAZZA coffee machine, safe, bottled water, slippers, and amenitiesโbut no iron.
The underground parking(13โฌ/day) was safe and spacious. Street Parking outside the hotel is free. I canโt say...
