"Nice spa but needs some cosmetic surgery. Looked a little dated. For the price could’ve gone to a fresher spa. Otherwise everything was great. One small peeve was the overpriced margarita at the outside bar. $19 is ridiculous. Other than these small personal issues, great hotel, great location, great stay."

"Highly recommend a stay here. It feels like you have stepped back in time. The decor, the fruit trees and smell of jasmine flowers made it very nostalgic and memorable. "

"So this place has a lot of potential without a lot of work. I think they are severely under staffed. We stayed a week and never got our room cleaned once even though we asked for it once only. The hallways and general areas are dirty. Getting a drink at the pool bar is a 30 min wait. Maybe a little planning or more staff would elevate this issues."

"The room i srayed in the key only worked 30% of the time. Outer perimeter doors it worked 100% of the time. Room cleaning was not great. "
