Razoável, a contratação parece que os ladrilheiros eram aprendiz, rejunte sujo, janelas sem visibilidade pela sujeira de contrução e acúmulo de poeira, Os travesseiros a sujeira que era notada mesmo coberto com as fronhas. Roupa de cama muito limpa e bem passada.
