I had car problems and the hotel staff went out of there way to find a mechanic and ensure that I was safely on my way for my next nights reservation. They saved me from a scheduling nightmare. Definitely a place to stay to be treated special.

The interior of the hotel was decent quality and the staff was great. However, entering the hotel from the highway was a bit hard to find and difficult in heavy traffic. Also, the exterior of the hotel could use some cleanup and care.

Easy to find and park. Easy in and easy out, right next to the main highway. The breakfast was not that good, so if you don't care for it. you should be fine.

The property is good to stay in when you need a place to sleep. Staff was friendly. The room was clean but didn’t have a blow dryer, no mini fridge or microwave. Nothing was nearby to eat. We ended up going to a gas station to buy snacks instead of dinner. I would probably look a little further next time to see if there is something with more dining options nearby.

You get what you pay for. This property needs so huge renovations, and new carpet. The beds were clean and so were the bathrooms, I really appreciated that. The room had a nasty smell I couldn’t sleep because of it, this is why I say need need new carpet or to switch to a different type of flooring they need to clean the parking lot area had a lot of garbage. The only reason I didn’t leave was because we had already unpacked everything, but if what i mentioned is important to you then stay somewhere else.

New Go To Place

This was a little difficult to get to the first time. However, once you know how to navigate the entrance it is easy on/off access. This will become my new stop in Aguascalientes. The front desk even with the language gap was professional, friendly, and made sure I understood everything. Breakfast is a cook to order and being that I was leaving very early, only had time for coffee.

The room was not clean, the sheets smelled like mildew, issue with water standing in the shower, limited hot water, no hair dryer in the room, by 8:30- 9:00 the breakfast buffet was nearly empty.
