Clean and comfortable hotel with good staff & food
Had a wonderful stay at the Cloud Hotel and even attended another night as the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Overall great experience to stay there as staff was nice and helpful and food was good at the hotel.

Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff
Very nice and comfortable hotel with great staff who was friendly and helpful. Arrived early at the hotel due to my morning flight and so I requested for early check in and they graciously accommodated my request which I appreciated it very much. Breakfast and food at the hotel was very good. So a 5 stars service commendation for this 3 stars hotel.

Very good hotel in a good location
I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in September 2016 and the hotel is very good. The staff are very polite and helpful. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel. The hotel rooms are cleaned everyday. The location is perfect too. There is a big supermarket next to the hotel and this is very handy. Every morning the breakfast was amazing as well. If you want to eat dinner or lunch at the restaurant in the hotel make sure you place your order in advance! We had to wait nearly 45 minutes for the food for dinner one day.
