Clean, efficient, utilitarian, well-equipped. While it does not have a "personal touch," it is not endeavoring to offer that. It does the job well as a convenient, reliable place to stay that is well cared for and streamlined. Would definitely stay here again.

Unterkunft hätte saubere sein können (der Standventilator war unglaublich staubig, in der Dusche Schimmel in den Fugen). Das absolut Schlimmste hingegen war das Bett, eine unglaublich unbequeme Matratze und die absolut billigsten Kissen dazu. Und zu guter Letzt waren die Batterien der Fernbedienungen leer, TV schauen bei Schlaflosigkeit war also auch keine Option. Küche aber gut ausgestattet (nur wäre es das Minimum, dass es einen frischen Schwamm dazu gibt, anstatt den alten…).

Odeur dans la sdb nauséabonde pas de pommeau de douche seulement le tuyau planche wc posé sur les toilettes porte douche cassée juste 1 serviette pour 2 appart ouvert a notre arrivée pas de code pas de bip lampe de chevet casser ect… ont a du changer d’appart un bip nous avait été laissé dans la mauvaise boite aux lettres le lendemain dimanche soir a 21h impossible de rentrer porte fermé code erroné a l’entrée de l’immeuble impossible de joindre un dimanche soir a 21h un responsable ont a du attendre plus d 1h dehors au froid que par chance un voisin arrive de l’immeuble la dame n était pas étonné de nos péripéties ! Le 2eme appart que l’ont a eu porte placard chambre cassée lave vaisselle remplie même pas vider code wifi eu au dernier jour !

La porte d’entrée a toujours été difficile à ouvrir ou fermer. D’après un voisin la porte ferme mal car pas tout à fait droite. La salle de bains n’est pas suffisamment équipée. Pas de tablette ni porte manteau La douche est minuscule. Le couvercle de la poubelle est cassé. Coté chambre, Il manque un drap de lit. Juste un protège matelas. Les oreillers sont trop petits et trop mous. Coté cuisine, La machine nespresso n’accepte pas toutes les capsules. Il n’y a qu’une seule petite cuillère. Pas de théière. Une explication pour utiliser la wifi serait bienvenue. Il manque une réception. Points positifs: Le décor est agréable, la cuisine bien équipée, la fenêtre bien isolée. Le lit convenable.

立地、値段、状態、すべて良い

2週間の滞在でした。駅の目の前に位置し、近くにはスーパーやイタリアンレストランもあり、立地は最高でした。また、同じビルの1階には和食屋さんが有り、中華のメニューも揃っていました。お店の方はとても親切で良い人達です。日本語も少しわかるそうです。アパートはとても清潔で快適です。ただ、管理する人が常在するわけではないので、困った際には時間内に連絡するしかありません。何も無ければとても快適に過ごす事が出来ます。

En general una excelente experiencia, únicamente el sistema de wi-fi, conectado a la iluminación,fue el motivo de que no obtengan de mi parte, el tope de calificación. Mi próximo viaje regresaría gustoso con Uds.
