"Pro: nice facility, you can get grapes and pomegranates off of the tries, facility has lots of potentials. Con: expensive ($230 / night), when we got to the breakfast buffet next morning the food was gone, the staff in the dining room blamed a large tourist group that came late night before for eating everything, they did not offer us any replacement, we ended up eating olives and some pieces of cheese , very poor experience considering the $230 per night price"

"Very good thing about the hotel was breakfast, we had to wait 2 hours in the hot sun for our room to get ready toilets were a bit shaky. We also had an incident where we came back from main city Chefchaouen and we came back to take a shower and found there was no water. The pool was very nice though it was a bit dirty. Overall it was a bad stay besides breakfast."

"The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the onsite parking, which was very convenient. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy, even late at night, with noticeable sounds from motorcycles, cars, and people outside. The hotel's facilities and fixtures also felt somewhat dated and could use some maintenance. In our room, the shower head did not work properly, causing water to spray outside the shower area.
