Ainsworth Hot Springs resort is the second highest rated hot springs in British Columbia. It is also one of the rare hot springs in BC that contain natural lithium in the water. The hot caves will have you feeling relaxed like a marshmallow. As there isn't much in the area, there is an on-site restaurant with gourmet and regular good options at very reasonable prices. The service at the hotel is excellent and the rooms are very clean and bright. Spending the extra money for a deluxe mountain view room is well worth it.
