"The staff was very attentive and quickly responded to my room door issue. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel is also very conveniently located within the city."

We however did not have a good experience with the guide arranged by the travel desk. We were more interested in sightseeing but the guide was more interested in taking us shopping. Very pushy and very, very exhausting. We would recommend that you use the car service and recommendations for places to visit from the travel desk but not the full day guide. "
