Bel hotel propre. Un peu déçu du radiateur mis pour combler la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas, gache un peu le charme de la chambre, du coup pas à la hauteur de la renommé de l'hôtel.

Grand chambre , bonne literie. Petit déjeuner très bien , belle terrasse, et superbe parc très grand , pratique quand on voyage avec son animal. Restaurant très bons plats. Le spa est sympa mais le parcours est dangereux car c’est un labyrinthe et on ne distingue pas les murets sous l’eau . De la place pour se garer. Par contre le food truck en plein soleil avec les fûts de bière et les palettes ça fait plutôt sale et ne donne pas envie . Placé sous un magnifique séquoia au moins tri centenaire. Superbe végétation malgré la canicule .

Une belle chambre, un personnel attentif. Le bémol est sur les infrastructures annoncées sur site de réservation et non disponibles : pas d’accès au spa car en travaux et une seule piscine pour les 2 hôtels ibis et mercure en pleine chaleur… pas agréable. Pas de compensation ou de geste commercial comme offrir un apéritif par exemple, surtout lorsque nous avons pris la 1/2 pension. De plus service au restaurant tres long.

Au milieu d‘un parc, super avec le chien. Nous n‘y étions qu‘une nuit de passage entre la France et la Suisse. Seul petit bé-mol, les lits étaient très mous.

Accueil et qualités exceptionnelles pour cet hôtel

Je connaissais déjà l'établissement mais à chaque foisc'est un plaisir d'y séjourner. L'accueil et l'attention du personnel est vraiment soigné et on ne peut que remarquer le soin porté pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions de la propreté des espaces communs à la qualité des chambres en passant par un service de restauration gourmands notamment pour le petit déjeuner.

Que du bonheur ! De l'accueil au départ, tout a été parfait. Merci au personnel d'avoir été au petits soins et d'avoir été aussi souriants et sympathiques. Une chambre au top avec une literie fabuleuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. La nourriture y était excellente et le service parfait.

Daté, pour le prix les équipements sont médiocres

Sympa les photos de château sur le site… pour finir dans un HLM ! L’équipement de la chambre est limité, pas de bureau, patères arrachées, pas un sèche serviettes, literie moyenne. La piscine est datée et bondée, froide, hammam froid, jacuzzi froid, et surtout aucun créneau de massage dispo : comme c’est souvent le cas, pas de priorité donnée aux résidents. Bon point pour le restau avec un service de qualité et un brunch très complet. Peut-être qu’à Aix c’est une référence, acceptable en déplacement pro, mais vaut pas le déplacement pour un WE sympa en couple

Reception minimale, ma elegante, personale gentile e cordiale, stanza ampia e letto comodo, ma una grave mancanza è il riscaldamento in hotel, stanza fredda e non riscaldabile, ( anche a 24 gradi di termostato l’aria era fredda ) e di conseguenza stanza fredda, acqua dal rubinetto fredda e ci volevano 5 minuti di tempo per avere un acqua a temperatura almeno accettabile….sala colazione altrettanto fredda bisognava andare con la giacca a vento ( il personale dell’hotel era vestito così e c’era un motivo…) P.S la colazione è di buon livello ma niente alternativa a caffè o the… la SPA piccola con hammam, piscina e jacuzzi, ma praticabile solo hammam e jacuzzi ( peraltro piccola Max 8 persone) la piscina troppo fredda.. la zona palestra 4 macchine e minimali.. insomma per quanto pagato non consiglio assolutamente l’hotel, troppo alto il prezzo per il livello di servizi offerti ed ingiustificabili per un hotel 4 stelle !!!

Rigtig fint hotel

Rigtigt fint hotel. Værelset var rigtig dejligt, med plads og fantastisk udstigt til bjerge. Morgenmad var lækkert, det samme var aftensmaden. Det gik lidt for hurtigt for personalet ved tjek ind, så da vi skulle spise om aften var der lidt misforståelser mellem personalet og os. Det sammen ved morgen, da vi stod til ikke at havde tjekket ind. Men det kom der hurtig styr på.

Nous reviendrons une 3ème fois

Hotel parfait pour découvrir Aix les bains. Nous étions déjà venu en 2019, avant la rénovation. L'hôtel à été très bien refait. Le personnel est très agréable. Chambre spacieuse, literie très confortable. Le spa est super. Le grand parc est magnifique. Le buffet de petit déjeuner est très bien fourni, énormément de choix. Les cocktails au bar sont très bons. En points "négatifs", les joints de la douche qui sont déjà bien abîmés et orange, et des poils présents dans la douche à notre arrivée. Le parking de l'hôtel est aussi jonché de détritus (bouteilles plastique, sac de Mc do...) Mais rien de bien grave par rapport à la qualité de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons pour un 3ème séjour sans problème.

Les moins : beaucoup de bruit la nuit à cause des portes menant aux escaliers extrêmement bruyantes. Horaire petit déjeuner en chambre pas respecté le premier jour. le spa est compris dans la chambre, mais beaucoup de coûts supplémentaires qui le rendent "moins compris". les plus : hôtel propre, qualité du petit déjeuner bonne. chambre spécieuse.

A part la restauration qui est bonne avec un très bon rapport qualité prix, l’hôtel 4 étoiles laisse à désirer. Les prestations ne sont pas là.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet agréable hôtel, à proximité des Thermes de Marlioz, à 20mn à pied du centre-ville. Préférez les chambres donnant sur le parc (plus calme). Toutes les chambres sont grandes (avec un kingsize) et une belle salle de bain. un bon restaurant et un buffet de petit-déjeuner très complet. Bref, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
