“Room is small with only 1 outlet to plug in anything. To use my curling iron I have to unplug my phone that I need fully charged before going out. The decorative pillows on the bed has a old dusty musty smell and obviously hadn't been cleaned. When I lay in the bed 🛌 my skin keeps itching 😩. The mattress is VERY HARD, but pillows were soft. The Television didnt turn on. The AC turned off on its own. There is no iron in the rooms or blowdryer for your hair. There is no coffee maker either. This...

“Lodge didn't have airconditions and sea was not connedcted to the resort, it was separated by the embankment. If want private beach, this resort won't satisfy you. ”

“Room was clean, staff very helpful and responsive. Included breakfast had a range of options. Due to family activities, we did not get to use the pool, but looked very clean and inviting. Beds are quite firm. AC worked very well. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in town visiting family.”

“Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. “Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. ”
