โThe food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, but the portions especially the sides were way too much. Wasted food. Consider reducing amount of fries, onion rings, etc.

โCassundra was very accommodating for my family. The night before our arrival I had called and inquired about adjoining rooms for my parents and I so that they could help with our little one; Cassundra graciously took the time and came up a solution for us. After our check in, she quickly inquired to ensure that we were given a crib, which hadnโt been, and she, within minutes, delivered one herself. โWe loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like Iโve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good.
1 problem: Our TV didnโt work Friday night or Saturday morning. Weโre big sportโs fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good!

โComfort Inn Hall of Fame was clean, quiet and conveniently located near the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Pleasant staff. Complimentary breakfast was decent. We had a slight issue with the toilet and less than 10 minutes someone came and took care of the issue. โ
