"I did not get the room I booked as it was a one bedroom suite with a jetted tub with a balcony and king size bed. Staff were not helpful at all. we tried to register early but were told they couldn't register us until 4 when we went back at 345 there were no rooms like I had booked so they put us in a small room and the ice machine on the 1st floor was broken and we had to go up to the 2nd floor to use a microwave. I definetely got a lot of walking in. The pool was a nice area even though there was no towels the first time we went so we used the towels from our room which when I asked for new ones they never came."

"Was given a room that was not even cleanec no sheets on bed. Given a 2nd room. Key would not work. Found out both rooms were still occupied Staff was horrible. No apology and they acted like it was our faul We were not the only ones this happened to and other guest were treated in the same manner NEVER STAY HERE OR ANY HOLIDAY INN"

"When i walked into the lobby it had a nice smell. Check-in was quick and easy. The Check-in clerk was friendly and gave me directions to my room and told me the times for the complimentary breakfast. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to Anchor Bar. Check out was also quick and easy. The check out clerk was also friendly."
