"Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. "The location of the apartment is excellent. And there is private parking, which is very important in this area of Jerusalem. Right next to the city center and the train. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. Communication with the host was only through messages and not directly to a phone number. It is not so convenient when you need an immediate solution...

"Hotel was lovely. Staff was very attentive. Food was delicious. Amenities (pool and gym) were terrific. The only challenge they have - not their fault - is that there is massive construction around them on a new underground train AND a light rail. So there is a lot of dust and it is not easy to get in and out of the property. But once inside - no complaints!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing breakfast with everything one can think of. The only thing is the staff is extremely unwelcoming, many of them give the feeling that if you ask something it's a burden for them. Unwilling to service even though this is their job and that's what they are there to do. I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."
