โI had an exceptional 6-night stay at Hotel Yamama in Yanbu. The overall experience was remarkable. The reception staff, especially the manager Mr. Muhammad, were incredibly friendly and supportive, always making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.
The room amenities were excellent. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient, and the lighting was perfect, with plenty of options to create a comfortable atmosphere. The TV was ideal for relaxation, and the bed was very comfortable....
โNo room cleaning service for 2 days, limited towels, Limited supply of tea and coffee materials. Kitchenette had no plates. Staff have little or poor English
