"Even though larger rooms were shown as available on third‑party websites, the reception declined our request for an upgrade, stating the property was fully booked. This was disappointing, as a bigger room would have greatly improved our stay, especially since we were traveling with a child.
The reception staff at the front desk, did not create a welcoming or friendly atmosphere. The interaction felt unprofessional and left us very disappointed with the reception experience."
