"Hotel was nice and clean. Pool is very cool. I would of given it 5 stars but there was a bald male receptionist that was always in a rush and just angry about his job. Overcharged my card by adding someone else to my room ,and just giving attitude. HOTEL is great. That receptionist not so much. Everyone else was great "

"The room was subpar, paint peeling off the walls, the beds slept horrible, you literally feel the springs in the mattress. I was awaken at 8am on a Saturday morning to banging, sounds like hammering… I went to the front desk at 1:30 when it hadnt stopped and was told there is nothing they can do about the noise because owners arw allowed to work and do what they want in the units anytime 7am-10pm. He had to leave for the rest of the day due to the noise. The front desk staff was very dismissive- she said “theres nothing we can do!” I said so we have a room we cant even rest- sleep. She said yeah we cant do anything about it! Horrible experience- we go to Myrtle 3 times a year and this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE ever!!! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PROPERTY "

"The room overlooked the beach, and the rooms were very spacious. It was very quiet and the 5 pools were very clean. Security was on site 24 X 7. The only complaint was limited food service on site. However the room had a full kitchen. This is now my go to place in Myrtle Beach."
