"Fiquei bem decepcionada quando entrei no quarto. As paredes encardidas, quarto super escuro, toalhas super velhas. Comentei na recepção e me transferiram de quarto, mas as características permanecem e ainda somavam vazamento no box e debaixo da pia. Ou seja, falta manutenção e cuidado. Toalhas da piscina super velhas também. Podiam doar para um hotel 2 estrelas. Não vejo entusiasmo em vårios trabalhadores do hotel, muito mal humorados. Claro, que existem algumas exceçÔes. "Nossa segunda estadia no hotel. Quarto amplo e confortåvel, um bom café da manhã. Piso dentro do box escorregadio, precisamos usar uma sandålia de borracha. Achamos descabido cobrar aluguel caso quiséssemos usar o cofre, nunca vi isso em nenhum dos hotéis que costumamos nos hospedar. Presenciamos pessoas escorregando no piso externo, foi necessårio estenderem algumas toalhas de banho pra evitar acidentes. Funcionårios gentis e prestativos. "
