The staff were kind and professional. The only issue was that the elevator was out of service, but before I confirmed my room, a pop-up notified me so I could cancel the reservation if it would be a problem. The breakfast offered plenty of warm and cold options. The bed and pillows were luxurious, and I slept wonderfully. On arrival, throughout my stay, and at checkout, the staff kept offering me water, fresh coffee, and treats. I'm coming back in April, and I'll be booking with them again.

The bed sheets were dirty and had hair and sand grits on sheets. The staff was quick in resolving the situation. Clean sheets and knowing that you are crawling into bed are such an important part of the stay.

Overall the hotel was great. But mattresses (both the main one and definitely the sofa bed) were in need of replacement. Staff was really amazing, breakfast was great, kid loved the pool, and hotel was clean. Replace the mattress and it’d be perfect.
