โVery good experience overall.
At check 4 of us were asked to share a family room for 1 night because the 2 booked double rooms required extra maintenance. The room we were shown smelled of smoke, despite all rooms should be no smoking.
After complaining we were given another 2 double rooms which were perfect: no smell of smoke, and we didn't have to move for the whole stay.
Rooms: very clean, well serviced on a daily basis, well furnished, nothing broken or malfunctioning.

โThe Aria Riva Hotel was an amazing choice for our summer vacation in Alanya. The location is superb, close to everything: the bus station is a 2-min walk, and the beach is just 2 min away. Itโs in the city center but on a quieter side, which is perfect.
The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. A huge thanks to Erika and Aliya, who made us feel like cherished guests at a close relativeโs home.

โStaff is really helpful. First hotel room had a damaged balcony door and upon talking to the staff they offered a room switch. Had a really nice stay over all, the hotel is close to the main road and the beach so itโs easy access to downtown as well if you wanna walk there:)โ
