Good hotel with no intertet

The hotel overall is very comfortable and nice, great pool, lovely breakfasts, perfect location. But the team is lying about the Internet. there is NO and cannot be string Internet in the hotel. they sell the advanced version of the Internet but still and still they are lying. This is a very common thing in Alania and Antalya - there is NO internet in hotels. Please, be aware and just buy local package of mobile data in advance.

Very thin walls and narrow corridor, the block I was in looked like a prefabricated construction, I could hear neighbors when they used the bathroom, when they spoke, it felt like they were with me in the room, I could even hear someone snoring at night, the mosque speaker is somewhere above the hotel and it's too loud, not the hotel's fault but it will wake you up, the food is ok but I didn't like table set up.

Never again !!

It was the worst holiday of a life time , l have read some feedback before but thought perhaps people exaggerated , how wrong l was ! The place wasn’t clean , the staff didn’t care about hygiene, my son who is 14 and some other guests spend a day in hospital with food poisoning. The food was lower than average when it come to taste and variety . The drinks were served on plastic cups including in diner hall , if you ask a cocktail or any mix you have to describe to staff , half of the time they didn’t listen or used their hands when they were adding the ice cubes. I guess l have some expectations since the hotel was four star rated , l wonder how on earth they managed to get that title . I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed , never again .

Despite my Expedia confirmed reservation, I arrived at 01:00 and the hotel had no record of my reservation. They eventually found 1 room substantially inferior to what I paid for, with a window looking into another room, no water pressure in the washroom, and a broken door frame that made it impossible for me to lock the door. I was promised a new room the next day, however it was two more days before the better room appeared. Extra charges for using the safe in the room, no drinking glasses in the room for taking medication, etc., and one lie after another. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had and would advise others to stay away from this property. They have not refunded the difference in room rates for the two nights I was in the terrible room.

THEY CATCH + LEAVE CATS WITHOUT FOOD OR WATER :(

On arrival at 9pm, I was met with a very hostile receptionist that started shouting at me as I only had a digital reservation. He asked for a printed voucher, which I did not have. Very abusive indeed. I had paid for all inclusive, but the restaurant had closed by 9pm and there was no offer of late soup or even a bit of fruit! My room smelt of bad fish, caused by water according to them, and most rooms apparently are the same. Lastly, they caught a poor cat, put it in a cage by the poolside and were going to leave it overnight without food or water. It was screaming and stressed so we, as guests set it free again. For doing that, I was intimidated and bullied by a youngish waiter (F). It was a truly horrible experience. I would not recommend this awful place to anyone fullstop. I took vids and photos of the distressed cat which I can provide. It might be cheap there but it is anything but cheerful.

Unsere zweite Aufenthalt nach 2 Jahren , möchte erstmal einen großen Respekt an Herrn Aziz und Herrn Ali an der Rezeption zukommen lassen.. während der Mahlzeit sind einige Gäste mit Bikini oder teils nassen Bikini zum Essenaufgetaucht.. management und Personal tat nichts dagegen wir fanden es abstößig. Zum menüausfall es gab immer wieder fast immer wieder die gleichen Menüs Händchen Reis und Kartoffeln Pommes und so weiter da würde ich gerne eine Veränderung unterbreiten... Unser Zimmer war okay bis aufs Bad bzw Dusche die war verstopft wenn man geduscht hat stand man unter Wasser wir haben das gemeldet es wurde sofort ans Telefon gegriffen und versprochen umgehen zu beseitigen aber nach 10 Tagen passierte nichts der gleichen.. 😞Personal Zimmer Personal sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend und machen ihren Arbeit entsprechend zufriedenstellen.

Kaldığım odanın banyo penceresi bozuktu , odaya ilk girdiğimde ağır bir koku vardı ilk gece balkon kapısı açık kalmak zorunda kaldı . Ve banyoda sanırım tuvaletten gelen keskin bir koku vardı ne kadar sifon çeksem de resmen banyoya işlemiş bir koku idi elimi lavaboda yıkarken bile durmak çok zordu .internet sadece lobide var , odalar için ekstra ücret ödenmesi gerekliymiş , her şey dahil bir otele internet için ödeme yapmak kadar saçma bir şey olmaması gerekiyor , tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel değil.

Приехали с подругой ночью в отель, нас заселили в номер и сказали, что все претензии по номеру утром. Первое впечатление от номера - шок, вдвоем не развернуться, чемоданы поставить некуда, нет места. Вышли на балкон размером 0,5 на 1 м и с видом на забор и думаем, куда мы попали. Утром нам сказали, что других номеров нет и что этот номер стандартный, но я так думаю только для конкретно этого отеля, мы решили встретиться с гидом и попросить помощи, но наш гид Исмаил ничем не помог и вообще оказался наглым и пренеприятным типом. И только на третий день с помощью друзей нас переселили в нормальный номер в другой отель поблизости, тоже ARSI, питание в отеле 4* однообразное тянет на слабую "троечку", Wi Fi отвратительный, только на ресепшен работал и каждый раз надо было подключать заново, хуже интернета я еще не встречала, пожалели, что не купили местную симку. Плюс этого отеля - местоположение, центр города, гора с красной башней практически напротив, вид и днем и вечером обалденный, базары, магазины все в шаговой доступности, красивые набережные для гуляний. Пляж собственный и совсем рядом через дорогу, но вход в море сплошной камень, нужна специальная обувь. Персонал в отеле какой то не живой, спят на ходу, вечером в отеле делать нечего, тишина и покой. Но поскольку я ездила с друзьями и они мне помогли переехать в другой отель, то в целом поездка мне понравилась. Но больше в этот отель ни ногой, как и в турагенство "Шаг к морю", которое посоветовало отель, тоже ни ногой.

موقع الفندق جيد، لكن فيما عدا ذلك كل شي سيء، الغرفة غير نظيفة وليس بها سجاد والغبار يملاء المكان والسرير غير مريح على الاطلاق الافطار غير جيد ووجدت دودة تتحرك في الخضروات الخاصة بالسلطات وناديت الجرسون لكي يشاهدها

Location good, service not so

Booked 3 rooms for 11 days stay, they put us in small rooms away from the main hotel block, very close to the pool and very noisy. Asked to change the rooms, manager only could change it 2 days later. New rooms were ok and bigger but the cleaners were awful, used to take old towels and soaps but not leave new ones. Hotel is ideally located for all the Antalya sights, word of warning not to get excursions from a guy called Ice in the place 50 metres from the hotel on the right. He promises much but you don't get half of what he says. Otherwise hotel is ok but Wi-Fi is non existent. Sometimes it works fine like at 1am to 6am other times forget it unless you sit in the small lobby.
