çalışanlar tam anlamıyla mükemmel. gerçekten misafirliğe gitmişsiniz gibi hissediyorsunuz, tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum. sahilde bar yok yazıyordu bazı yorumlarda, sahilde bar olmasına gerek yok, havuz barı 1 dk yürüme mesafesinde , deniz aniden derinleşiyor. sadece öneri olarak yemek çeşitleri artırılabilir. Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi.

Missnöjd/värsta hotellet

Hotellet var under all kritik. Kommer aldrig mer att åka dit eller rekommdet till andra. Inget av det som stod på hemsidan stämde med verkligheten. Ingen information vid incheckning. Städningen av rummen var ingen bra, blev heller inte bättre när man sa till receptionen. Maten hade ingen variation, man fick samma mat i flera dagar i olika former. Personalen var otrevliga o hade ingen bra service. Cheferna vi pratade med om olika saker tog oss inte på allvar. Brist på platser vid poolen och brist på handukar till pool området. Vi träffade på flera familjer som klagade på ovanstående. Vill man ha en kaos resa fullt av frustration o ilska, kan man åka dit!

Sama ruoka joka päivä. Se ei ollut kiva 7 päivää samaa ruokaa. Aamupala aika huono. Uima-allas pieni ja aina varattu en kertakaan päässyt siihen. Liika lapsia joka puolella juoksentelemassa. Ei wifiä huoneessa harmi. Oli kyllä osa henkilökunnasta tosi nuoria kokoajan puhelimella eikä kiinnittänyt huomioi kun asiakas oli edessä. Baarissa huono juomavalikoima. Liikaa muovia käytössä! Muovimukeissa sai melkein kaikki juomat.

Отель тянет на 3 звёзды максимум. Осень грязно в номере,убирали на отвали. Еда так себе,обслуживание разное,кто-то старался,а кто-то проявлял «понаехали». Больше не поедем. Для тех,кто едет отдыхать и проводить время больше у моря будет норм.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer tropfte und das Personal war einfach nur unfreundlich. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lies zu wünschen übrig. Keine positiven Meldungen zu machen. Selbst das essen war ungeniessbar.

Politesse, attentionné, bonne restauration. L'hôtel est juste situé à 1 minute de l'arrêt bus 1 ou 101 qui vous conduit directement au centre commercial et coûte 4 lires turc. Le personnel peut vous faire la réservation du mini-bus qui pourra vous conduire à l'aéroport de Gazipasa (30 lires) ou à Antalya(55 lires). La propreté est optimale.

Not happy

It was ok but was definitely not worth the price, I payed for all inclusive however had to pay for spa treatment even though it includes it in the description, we also had to pay for local drinks. Soft juice was all powder juice. Poor communication in reception most are miserable also someone crashed into my car in the hotels car park and none of the workers helped till I argued with them. Wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone, disappointed I wasted my money!

good hotel and private beach

It is a very clean hotel the rooms are very basic and could do with a little updating. Most of the staff are really friendly and very helpful but the food is very simple and the leftovers they use for the next meal or for a meal the day after. I would not recommend anybody to go to this hotel when it gets to the end of the season because when they run out of drinks they would rather not order these anymore until you put a complained in and then there is some of he drinks again within about 1 hour. Also at the end of the season the owner of the hotel invites her friends to come and stay for free and they get everything fresh and also everything is made there and then on the grill and we as guests are getting the leftovers again from the the before, there where only about 10 guests left in the hotel and then of course the 15 invited friends from the owner. They did get served by clicking there fingers and we had to go and get ours ourselves while we have paid money to be there. all by all i would not go to this hotel anymore. If everything was as good as most of her personnel that hotel would be 100 times better without the manager. all by all we paid a lot of money and not the complete service.

Уютный небольшой отель

Отличный отель! Рекомендую- персонал очень приветливый, Вкусная разнообразная еда, чистые номера без изысков. Развлечений особо нет, за исключением детской дискотеки. Пляж свой в 20 метрах, маленький и уютный. До центра Алании 5 км, удобно добираться на автобусе

Otel lokasyon olarak güzel. Kaldığım oda geniş fakat eşyalar eskiydi. Balkonu çok güzeldi. Fakat yemek olayı gerçekten facia. Lezzetsiz 2-3 çeşit yemek ve kalitesiz ürünler. Kahve makinalarındaki kahve çeşitleri bile tatsız kahveler. Bahçede her yer kedi dolu. Özellikle de restoran bahçesi. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar ilgili. Ama lobby de birşey içmek istiyorsanız kullanılmış bardak bulup yıkamanız gerek. 1 gece kaldım çok sorun değil ama uzun süreli tatil için asla böyle bir yer tercih etmeyin.

Bästa all inclusive hotell till barnfamiljer.

Bästa hotell till barnfamiljer som inte har extraordinära krav. Bra service, bra mat, barn och vuxen pool, 50 meter till havet och strand med egna solstolar, gratis mat och dricka även vid stranden. Lekpark och lekrum med leksaler för barn, barndisco varje ikväll efter maten. Även som vuxen kan man njuta hur som helst. Nära till affärer, man kan lätt ta sig till Alanya centrum.

Had a reservation for two nights when we arrived at midnight tired after driving 16 hours, they couldn't find the reservation had to wait and no one was helping. I canceled the hotel and they didn't refund my money even though it was there fault they Kapped my money.
