Skuffende oplevelse

Billederne på Expedia er slet ikke hvad man får. Vi fik et værelse hvor vi kunne mærke samtlige fjedere i sengen, brusehovedet var i stykker, varmtvandsbeholderen fungerede ikke, vi kunne skulle ud i wc’et en gang hver halve time, og blandt personalet var der en ud af seks det kunne engelsk, så det var super svært at kommunikere, men virkede søde. I løbet af de 7 dage vi var der, blev værelset overhovedet ikke gjort rent. Vi havde bestilt all inklusive (det er alle ophold), de havde ingen spiritus overhovedet på hotellet, så det gjaldt “kun” juice, vand, sodavand, øl og vin.. ikke lige hvad vi forventede.. Det eneste positive var at AirConditionen og køleskabet fungerede! Og så self at stranden var lige ved siden af!

Viešbučio personalas rūpestingas (išskyrus valgykloje dirbančią kazachę), registratūroje kalba anglų ir rusų kalbomis. Maistas skanus, pasirinkimas negausus, bet pateikiami keli karšti patiekalai, salotų gausus pasirinkimas. Visada vakarienės ir pietų metu būdavo kelių rūšių saldumynų ir vaisių. Šlepečių kambaryje nebuvo, o seifas buvo užrakintas.

Ich kam vor dem Hotel an und ging zum Rezeptionisten, welches mich erstmal ein paar Min. ignorierte. Danach kam eine unmotivierte Begrüßung. Im Anschluss fand er mich erstmal nicht - es ging ewig hin und her und dann wurde ich doch gefunden. Ich wurde gebeten in das Hotelfahrzeug einzusteigen, da mein Zimmer im anderen "Gebäude" sei. Wir kamen vor einem Hochhaus an. Als ich in das Zimmer reinkam fiel mir die Kinnlade herunter. Als ich durch das Zimmer ging, welches eher eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung war, wurde es immer schlimmer. Von einer dicken Staubschicht bezogenen Stühlen, Kaugummis an der Wand, Spinnweben und dreckigen Bettwäschen und Vorhängen, Ungereinigtes Bad bis hin zu abgenutzten Gartenlatschen ist hier alles zu finden. Leider konnte ich nur 8 Bilder hochladen. Nach zwei anrufen und und einer Weile bekam ich ein neues Zimmer. Der Unterschied war hier nur, dass ordentlich Raumspray gesprüht wurde, alles andere gleich. Die gaffige Art des Hotelbesitzer/führers welches mir bis dato nicht klar ist, möchte ich mir auch nicht vorenthalten, einfach nur unmöglich ! Ich holte mir gleich Unterstützung von Hotels.com und konnte endlich nach zwei stunden das Hotel verlassen und bekam auch mein Geld wieder. Im großen und ganzen - es ist alles inkl. widerlich. NIE UND NIMMER WIEDER !!!

Berbat bir otel

Bu öğrenci yurdundan bozma yere otel demek imkansız. Birkaç kişi dışında, otel çalışanları berbat. Sadece kaba değil aynı zamanda güvenilmez ve laubali hatta bazıları resmen müşteriye asılıyor. Saygı yerlerde. Ancak tepki gösterirseniz yardımcı olunuyor. İlk gün gittiğimizde şok olduk. Otelin fotoğraflarla ilgisi yok. Otel dökülüyor. Bina eski ve pis. Odamızdaki eşyalar çok eskiydi ve oda pisti. Yataklar rahatsızdı, üzerinde sigara yanıkları olan pislikten rengi değişmiş lekeli bir koltuk vardı. Çarşaflar, yastık kılıfları, havlular ve pikeler pis ve lekeli idi. Odada çalışan tek şey klimaydı. Balkon çok güzeldi çünkü deniz manzaralıydı. Yemekler berbattı. Yiyecekler Alanya sıcağında ağızları açık şekilde saatlerce terasta bekliyor. Çeşit önemli değil ama yani hiçbir şey yenmiyor. Her şey dahil diye gittik ancak sürekli dışarıda yedik. Tabaklar kırık dökük, çatal kaşık pis. Bıçak yok. Yemekler terasta yeniyor ve içecek olarak sadece su, çay ve kahve var. Bar aşağıda ancak içecekleri sayıyla, kafalarına göre veriyorlar. Çay hariç içecekler berbat. Bahçe, teras, masalar, çay ve kahve makineleri pislik içinde. Bütün otelin temizliğini bir kadın yapıyor ve haliyle yetişemiyor. Oda servisi almak imkansız. Plajda şezlong ve şemsiye eski de olsa var. Alt geçitlerden plaja ulaşılıyor. Alt geçitler tuvalet olarak kullanılıyor. Oetlin havuzu küçük ve pis. Denizi kayalık ve çok dalgalı. Otelin iki pozitif yanı var: konumu ve manzarası. Bu oteli kimseye tavsiye etmem.

Horrible sejour!! Hotel a bannir !!

Proprete servıces et reception nul..un zero poınte sur toute la ligne!!!!!!! Tres tres mauvais sejour !!!!! Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hotel!!! Dommage qu expedia ne fasse pas le test de cet hotel!!! İls n y passeraient pas une nuıt c est certain!! Deplorable!!! C est un hotel dont il faudrait retirer le droit de proposer les services!!!!! Plus jamais je passerais par expedia non plus!! Pas de solution a la detresse des gens!! J ai demande a etre relogee dans un autre hotel..la seule chose qu il pouvait faire c est me proposer une autre chambre!! Ca ne changeait en rien en la nullite du sejour!!! Merci expedia

Bu otele bedava olsun gitmeyin.Yemin ediyorum 3 kişilik aile dört gün otels.com dan Milano BeachFamiy için yer aldık.Yemin ediyorum bir gün kaldık.Odada klima çalışmıyor.Terasta iki çeşit yemek üç çeşit salata var.Sıcaktan buram buram terliyorsun.Temizlik yok.Sivrisinek çok.personel buzdolabı gibi.Hiç hijyen değiller.Denize gitmek için ana yolu bekleyip geçebileceksen geçeceksin.9 metrekare bir havuz var tıklım tıklım.Bizbirgün sonra otelden bu şartlarda çıkmak istediğimizi söyledik.Para iadesi yapamayız dediler.Verdiğimiz parayı unutup oradan ayrıldıkAzak otele yarım pansiyon gittik tertemiz iki gün rahat ettik.Kesinlikle yalan yanlış yazmıyorum.Yeminle söylüyorum yazdıklarımdan dahada kötü bir hotel.

Was unable to cancel my booking with the hotel.

I rang the hotel and I tried to cancel the booking through the website. Web site was totally unsatisfactory (This is the second issue I have had with Orbitz). When I contacted the hotel directly, they were most unhelpful and this put me off re booking there at another date. All very disappointing.

Güzel hotel

Fiyatı uygun ve güzel bir hotel. Rus vardı çok . Gece disco turuna çıktık , Otel balkonu ile , kahvaltısı ile güzeldi. Balkona birer masa sandalye atsalar daha iyi olurdu bi wifi iyi değildi. parasına göre bedava.
