โConoscevo questo hotel degli Alberoni da anni, ci avevo soggiornato qualche volta con soddisfazione. Nel frattempo la gestione รจ cambiata e a mio avviso, decisamente in peggio. Alla reception risultava la mia prenotazione solo per 1 camera per 2 persone e non per 2 camere per 4 adulti, come confermatomi, ancora in giugno, da Expedia. Fino alle 15 del 6 settembre, ancora in corso la Mostra del Cinema, io non sapevo se avrei avuto entrambe le camere. Da parte del personale nessuna chiarezza nรฉ...

the hotel has perfect location(โjust a few minutes walk from santa lucia railway station and the waterboat station); a beautiful and very well maintained room; a clean and spacious bathroom; friendly and nice staffs who speak fluent english; wholesome and hearty breakfast buffet, etcโ
โGreat location.wonderdul serving. Well oriented bed with big Chandler's light. The height of the ceiling is very tall!!. It's not expensive... considering its room size and conditions.
We made only 2 stay... it's my fault. I should have had a full stay during my visit!!!.
I love this beautiful city, Venice and I really enjoyed the hotel.

โFantastic Venetian hotel, just what we wanted with traditional ornate interiors, touches of gold in the furnishings. Trompe-l'ลil around the door frames - it all felt very authentic. A canal is right outside the door, so we could have been in any other city.

We stayed in a junior suite which was very large and had padded fabric walls rather than wallpaper It all felt very special and luxurious , and had super large comfortable...
