The hotel is okay I bring my son often he loves the pool the galleria mall is also right out the back door so it's easy to access you just walk across the parking lot the staff is pretty good I really just don't like that the pool room isn't always heated sometimes it's really cold and the pool itself it's sometimes cold as well overall we will stay again it's not a bad hotel and the weekday prices are good too

Older property with updated adequate clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Shower wasn’t great but overall a more than good stay for the price.

We were a large party in town to attend a BU graduation ( occupied 5 rooms), and made a weekend of our stay and celebration. We were very pleased with our stay at The Mansion. The property, the location, the amenities and the wonderful staff. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Buffalo! Whenever we are back in Buffalo, The Mansion is our go to place to stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was very clean and easily accessible, great area. Valet parking was great. Gerald was very helpful, respectful, and overall a great person, 10/10.

We loved The Richardson hotel! Amazing! Going back next week!
