Relaxing stay

This was our second stay at Cortijo Del Marques and we were again super happy with he stay. The place itself is beautiful and puts you in a relaxed mode. The food is also really good! The staff is really nice and you can tell that the owners are very invested in the place they run. They make you feel very welcome.

Fantastic hotel and location

We stayed here 5 nights and had a wonderful relaxing time. The hotel is in tranquil location, only the birds can be heard singing, there are wonderful views over the olive groves with the mountains in the distance. The owners were so friendly and helpful. They take such an interest in their guests, ensuring that everything is to your satisfaction. They suggested places to visit and things to do, nothing was too much trouble. We ate at the hotel every night, the food was absolutely fantastic, there also is an excellent range of wines. We would highly recommend this place for service, location and relaxing.

Great place to relax, delicious food (good variety, good chief), all rooms have character, staff are uniformly excellent and it is clearly a family affair. You could easily use it as your base for Granada (we didnt), and three nights did not feel too long. Minor drawbacks? none

Very romantic place

A quiet, romantic and very beautiful place. Undoubtedly it is an unforgettable and incredible experience. The only thing we did not like was that there was no fridge in the room and when we asked for an ice bucket to cool the water that had been left in the room the staff kindly explained that it was not possible. With +30 degrees outside it was nice to get to the room and have a cool drink of water and not always have to resort to the restaurant. Other than that, definitely a very nice experience.

The most beautiful and serene place we have ever stayed at in all our travels to Europe! The beauty and serenity envelopes guests from the moment they arrive, and the owners welcome you and take care of every detail to ensure a truly wonderful experience as their guests!! Our room was impeccably decorated ( the whole property inside and out is as well), and the dining experiences for each meal throughout the day was perfectly prepared and presented. I have food allergies and also am gluten free, and Silvia agave special attention that my dining options were taken care of each day with such professionalism and thoughtfulness. Every staff member we interacted with each day were so very kind and friendly which further enhanced our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation…our 3 night stay exceeded our expectations! We hope to return in the future!!

Nuestra estancia en Hotel Cortijo del Marqués ha sido perfecta, además de por ser un viaje sentimental ha resultado una estancia perfecta. El lugar está muy cuidado, limpio y todo perfecto. Las cenas que dan en el comedor son increíbles y la paz y tranquilidad del lugar increíbles para descansar. Los propietarios siempre están accesibles y preocupados porque tu estancia sea perfecta. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

We hebben ondanks het slechte weer een fijn verblijf gehad. Hartelijk ontvangen, en het inchecken verliep vlotjes. Het is een mooie locatie, in een mooie omgeving. Aangrenzend aan het pand staan nog wel wat oude schuren welke nog niet opgeknapt/gesloopt zijn. Hierdoor heb je niet vanuit ieder raam een mooi uitzicht. Kamers zijn mooi groot en netjes. Omdat het een wat ouder pand is zie je dit wel terug, maar dit heeft ook zijn charme. Helaas door de vele regenval hadden we lekkage in onze kamer. Dit werd opgelost door een gratis diner te geven. Helemaal super natuurlijk. ontbijt is prima. Genoeg keuze, voor ieder wat wils. Wij hebben iedere dag ook gedineerd in het restaurant, Ze werken met een dag menu. Indien je hiervan iets niet lekker vind, kun je dit op verzoek laten wijzigen. We vonden het eten erg verrassend en gevarieerd. Verder zijn de gastheer en gastvrouw heel behulpzaam en attent,
