The service was good. The girl who checked us in was very friendly and nice. She even showed us the room to make sure it is clean. We were only there for one night due to a long drive home. But there was an extra service charge that everyone is complaining when we got there. I see why they are complaining. The price specially for one night already included the service charge and they are charging extra for one night stay. I can understand if customers are staying longer but for one night they should not charge extra. Around the property need cleaning, there was a lot of trash as you walk by the parking lot. Other than that, it was ok for a quick rest.
The staff talked to each other the entire time while checking us in making check in take way longer. Parking is limited. No accomodations or room preferences. They do serve some limited items for breakfast so that's convenient.

Did not even check in because I was told that I needed $ 100 cash deposit before we could check in and I do not carry cash on me. Swimming Pool was closed because note on the door said The City of Albuquerque shut it down temporarily. There was a lot of blood outside of one of the rooms close to the swimming pool, so we have no idea what had happened there that day. Tried to get money back because did not even check in and was denied. DO NOT STAY at this motel ever and I will never stay at any Days Inn by Wyndham ever again because of this.

Enjoyed myself staying here, only problem was the sink was already dripping and had to be turned a certain way to turn on, also the ants that were around the sink area, ants came form within the wall? Underneath somewhere. Everything else was clean, bed was comfortable and clean. Staff were fast and helpful. Overall would probably book again, if hold on the ants.

Filthy, noisy, unsafe, & just plain unsanitary. Hot tub didn’t work, shower leaked all night, cigarette burns in blanket, dirt everywhere, broken door, etc, etc….

I did not like the fact that the property advertises that it has a hot tub, and it does not. Also, supposedly has a "Continental Breakfast" when it is just sugary cereal, toast, waffles, and syrup. Nothing for anyone who is diabetic to eat. I feel quite ripped off by this company. And will likely NOT be coming back to them in the future. Shame too, i remember when they were a reputable company

There was an extra charge upon checking in that was not listed in the original price online that I prepaid. There was no working ice maker. There was plastic covering the box spring in place of a bed skirt. Visibly dirty. Exposed wires coming out of the wall where there may have been a smoke detector. I will not be booking a Days Inn moving forward.

They gave use two different rooms and both rooms had stains all over the beds and chairs. They told us they couldn't give us a refund because we booked through hotels.com. When I started to call hotels.com to get a refund, they magically were able to give me a refund.

Just so you know you are required to pay a daily fee (after booking) for houskeeping but don't get housekeeping service unless specifically requesting said service after paying. Ya... thats interesting...

Clean but no real breakfast
Breakfast was a waffle if you wanted to make it and coffee nothing else. Room was dated but clean.Stayed here many times once my hotels.com credits used up I’ll still stay here usually clean and quiet.

Everything you touch is falling apart. The refrigerator was even able to open. They charged additional $8 for cleaning fees. But they don't even clean the room.

This hotel needs some work and TLC. The bathroom shower area needs repair and there was a hole in the bathroom wall. Lightbulbs were missing from the lamps. Outside door needs repair as light and air easily pass through the edges of the door. Question the cleaning of rooms when we found a rotisserie chicken that was left in the microwave.
