First, the positives. The room satisfied the basic travel needs (clean, working AC, well lit, 24 hour coffee located in reception), convenient location to interstate, and a main boulevard, Walmart Supercenter, restaurants, gas/quick shops, and the most notable aspect was a great free breakfast. They offered juice, coffee, tea, waffles, muffins, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, bread for toast, fruits, cereals and more. Now the NOT so positive. The pool hot tub was closed; the exercise room was closed; the elevator was slow (5 story building), pet rooms intermingled with regular guest rooms (suggest dedicated floors) and was barked at each time I exited my room and also witnessed a dog fight; the "business center" computer didn't work and the printer was missing; the grounds as a whole showing signs of dying; there were multiple homeless people less than a block away. Perhaps the most annoying event was management's mis-timed choice to close the pool for several hours for a private party. "Mistimed" because a) it was a hot Saturday weekend day, (it was a HOLIDAY weekend at that), c) only one person used the pool while it was closed. (this a severe disappointment for our visiting grandchildren)
The positives just barely outweigh the negatives for me, but others will not reach that conclusion.
