“The bathtub in our room had massive amounts of rust around the faucets and there was what looked to be mold on the caulking of the bathtub. Parts of the grout were missing. The hot tub was barely warm, there was dirt and debris at the bottom and when the jets of the pool were turned on there was massive amounts of “brown” dirty bubbles that came out. There was also a very strong chemical smell from the hot tub, we got out immediately after noticing these issues. ”

“My group was travelling 14 hours across 4 states and had booked 4 rooms through Expedia for 2 nights. Knowing I was gonna be a late check-in, I called the front desk to let them know. Ended up getting stuck in traffic in Denver for way longer than anticipated, so I called again just to make sure we were good for a late check-in and give them the names the other rooms were reserved under.
