Most of the exterior card reader entry doors for guest were either broken or inoperable. Doors did not latch closed after entering or leaving the hotel. Guest entry door glass was broken on several doors. Hot water for taking a shower was limited water only stayed lukewarm for about 5 minutes and then went cold. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. Carpet in the room was buckling in several places needs to be re-stretched. The breakfast was excellent.

At the biggining we have to change rooms because , the room was a mess . The carpet was dirty , looked liked they wait to many days to vacuum it . The bathroom was nasty , a lot of hair behind the door and the Tv didn’t work The new room was little better but still we found many issues . The hairdryer fall off , the air conditioner unit was falling of too and make horrible sound . So we turn it off . In general was not a pleasant stay .

The price was decent , but for being a Ramada it was real dirty . The sofa bed was filthy and dirty. Around the property was very trashy

Dirty room, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, hairs in the shower, leaky toilet and shower. TV would connect to the cable. Key cards had to be changed multiple times throughout the stay. Not a single ice maker would work on the 3rd floor, other than that, everything was great.

Couldn’t find our reservation, as their new system was not working correctly but the lady was very pleasant and helped us out once she found the virtual reservation. Shower tap leaking, outdated and could use some upgrades.

Bathroom and shower were dirty. They charge 100 dollars for deposit they don't even say it to you i didn't feel safe in the parking lot.

Staff were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the rooms need a major facelift and upgrade. Carpet is very old and worn down as with the bathroom and tub.

The breakfast was excellent! The shuttle stops running by 11 and that was slightly inconvenient for our 1 am flight. The hotel staff were helpful and kind. The area around the hotel makes you want to lock your car and park it in the light. Overall pretty good for a one or two night stay

The staff was friendly, engaging, and accommodating. Though it seemed that since I was a local I had to put down a deposit. Plus I was given a subpar room that by the indents in the carpet, had recently had the table taken out of it and pictures taken off the wall. Also it was right next to the stairwell. Though the reration area; pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room were all perfect . So as long as you're not a local your chances of getting a five star stay are increased.

Told me to get pool towels in pool area but was closed! Cockroach in tub. Area was sketchy. Vagrants around. Loud at night in surrounding area

Rooms are in poor condition. Lamps didn't work. Microwave was broken. Toilet kept getting clogged. Breakfast was good but the same everyday. Only one ice machine worked.

Here are the concerns we have from our stay at the Ramada Inn in Albuquerque. There was broken glass littering the parking lot making it dangerous to park a car. First, when we came in we realized that there was no chair in the entire room. Typically when you have a desk, they also include a chair. This was not the case. The microwave was also missing the turning plate inside the microwave itself. The fridge emitted a very loud whining sound. We eventually had to unplug it so that we could go to bed. There were numerous stains on the carpet, including brown shades of all varieties of colors. The shower had spots of mold in multiple places. The shower head also had crusted gunk around the nozzle. The lock on the door had been scuffed away as if the door had been pushed and pulled numerous times while the door was locked. Finally, when we went to breakfast the next morning my partner drank milk that was out and realized it was sour. The expiration date was for 6 days prior. He let the folks working at breakfast know and they seemed pretty grumpy that he had pointed it out. To summarize, if it wasn't broken, it was dirty.

The place was utterly filthy! Will avoid Ramada/Wyndham for any future travel. The front desk was unresponsive to concerns. There was trash overflowing in the hallway... we literally had to step around it coming off of the elevator!

It's hard to say much good about this place. Overall it is in great disrepair. There were stains on everything from the bedding, to the towels, to the lampshades. Half of the room lights didnt work. Dead bugs in the lamps. Furniture drawers were broken and the carpet was ripped. I took pictures of everything so we wouldn't be charged for the damage. Hot tub jets wouldn't turn on and half of the gym equipment was broken. Only hotel on our vacation that I was disappointed with.
