Very reasonably priced with amazing amenities!! Pool is great, beach is great, rooms are clean and comfortable! We are college students and were able to make an incredible vacation for not very expensive!

Great property, lots of amenities, nice staff, clean room, beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water, nice location convenient to Alcúdia shopping but still in a quieter area. Has a secure place to keep your luggage before and after checkout so you can continue to enjoy the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in a perfect beachfront location with beautiful sea views. The food was good, with a wide variety of options to choose from every day. The pools are fantastic for children, making it a great choice for families. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! Alicudia beach is simply amazing. Special thanks to Andrea at the reception for recommending trips ( she also speaks Hungarian )

We recently stayed at Hotel Condesa for our mini moon and it was so good! The main pull for us was the proximity to the beach and this really was amazing. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was amazing! So much choice it was unreal! The hotel is so clean and the staff all so helpful and friendly. We would stay again!

Right on a very beautiful beach and rooms were clean and most have a sea view. Free street parking around the hotel but sometimes 300m away from the hotel. Restaurant had good variety for food, the other restaurant we could not get in but also buffet style. So 2 restaurants on property, one snack bar and one main bar. Plus one rooftop bar (with great views and you need to pay for drinks there). One main pool and one kiddies pool with water slides, only the kid's pool is heated. Lounge chairs available around the pool but you need to pay for the ones on the beach as they are not part of the property. What I did not like is they give you a card for a beach towel and you need to pay 1 euro to replace it and you cannot even do room charge, you have to pay with an actual card. Which means if you don't want to pay, you have to keep the same towel for the whole stay, it is not even replaced daily. Housekeeping every other day and when they start cleaning in the morning everything smells like bleach. We had the all inclusive and it is totally worth it because alcohol is also included and most bartenders were really nice and drinks were good. Most employees did speak some English. The night shows were also good. One last remark: the feet cleaning station to wash your feet when you come back from the beach is ridiculous. It just drips water and cleaning your feet takes forever. It can get some light improvements here and there, but overall this is a very nice resort that we enjoyed!

An okay stay, but I expected more from the photos and website. The positives: we received a room upgrade, which gave us welcome extra space. The room showed some wear but was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the children’s entertainment team was great. We loved the heated children’s pool and beachfront location. The buffet offered plenty of choice, with entertainment every evening. The downsides: housekeeping left our door improperly closed while we were in Palma all day. Thankfully, nothing happened, and it wasn’t repeated after we reported it. The walls are very thin—not ideal for light sleepers! My biggest concern was the buffet. Labels were often incorrect or difficult to match to dishes. As a vegetarian, I found this frustrating; for someone with allergies, it could be more serious. Plates frequently had food residue or greasy marks. My husband and daughter also became ill with suspected food poisoning. We had been eating at the hotel, but cannot confirm the cause. It was a very unpleasant experience. Smoking seemed to be allowed throughout the outdoor areas. Designated smoking areas would make a big difference. Other guests’ inconsiderate behaviour, including reserving loungers, isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault. If you enjoy big, busy hotels and traditional all-inclusive holidays, this may suit you. Next time, we’ll choose somewhere smaller and calmer. Thanks to the lovely staff.

Excellent location Service level and maintenance of the property needs to raised to a much higher level. Payment for beach towels and just about everything as an add on cost etc for a resort or this calibre drops the value for money experience. No tea and coffee in a resort unit! Nor bottled drinking water! Fantastic location and lovely town and the front desk can do better to explain the use of facilities. Dining hall appears like a mass production unit.

Clean rooms and all areas. Perfect location at the Beach. Nice personnel (however bar personnel constantly were puting ice to the juices/drinks although being asked every time not to do it). Very tasty food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, soft beef, veal, lamb leg stew made to perfection - 5 stars. What was only missing - no crepes available for kids in the morning. Lack of healthy fruits in the snack bars. Overall - positive opinion.

Perfect Vacation Spot with Everything You Need

The property is clean and tidy with direct access to the beach. Nice restaurants on the site with one Rooftop bar with a view over Alcudia beach. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. Property comes with 1 big pool and 2 small pools with slides for kids.
